All levels, mixed equipment class. 50min duration. Full body strength session that focuses on core strength, improving flexibility, and enhancing joint range of motion. Your pilates practice will improve your posture, breathing, balance, strength, muscular endurance, and overall well being through centering, precision, breath, flow, concentration, and control

1:1 instruction designed specfically for you. Great opportunity to learn in a private and supportive environment.
Duets

Plyo Power Pilates
This class is focused on the jumpboard. Osteo safe, low-impact jumping. Low-impact because you are lying on the carriage. We lose power, agility, and quickness as we age. Plyo Power Pilates will have your legs and glutes generating power. Choreography will challenge your agility & brain; and the springs will challenge your reflexes/quickness to respond to the resistance.
